Site Foreman (Interiors) - Brinkworth

Are you a natural leader with a hands-on approach and a background in joinery or carpentry? If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy seeing high-spec projects through to completion, this role could be your next career move.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Foreman to join a busy interior fit-out team. With projects spanning London, Manchester, Wales, and even Newcastle, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact. You’ll lead teams on-site, ensure high standards are met, and jump in with practical work on smaller projects, all while working closely with senior management.

This is a full-time position ideally suited to someone based in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, or along the M4 corridor. The salary is up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role comes with 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company van and fuel card, food and drink allowance, and additional pay for weekend or night work. Overnight stays are covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of fit-out projects across England and Wales.
  • Lead and supervise teams, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
  • Manage site logistics, liaise with stakeholders, and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Step in with hands-on work for smaller jobs, including general handyman tasks.
  • Uphold SMSTS-level health and safety compliance at all times.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, reporting progress to management.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman, ideally in interior fit-outs or joinery-led environments.
  • SMSTS qualification is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage varied teams and stakeholders.
  • Practical background in carpentry or joinery highly desirable.
  • Comfortable with travel and overnight stays as required.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing project demands.
