As a Service Coordinator you will be:

Providing exceptional frontline support and producing analytical reports to both national and international clients.

Provide detailed technical support to users in both English and French.

Utilising language skills to assist in the review of translations and the delivery of remote training sessions

Working closely with other departments to offer support with analysis and data queries
To be considered for the role of French Speaking Service Coordinator, you will ideally have the following skills and experience:

Experience using MS Excel in a fast-paced reporting environment
