Our renowned client is looking for an experienced relocation expert to join their team as a Senior Relocation Consultant. In this fully remote role where you will be responsible for managing all your client’s accounts, acting as an extension of the client’s mobility team and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders to provide high quality consultative support and guidance.
This role will be based fully working from home. You will be provided all the relevant tech to work efficiently and have all the support you require for a successful transition into the business.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Relocation Consultant will include-
- Demonstrate knowledge of client’s specific mobility policies and programs and country specific guidelines to manage complex queries
- Manage relocation related escalations and exceptions, partnering with key vendors as needed
- Administer internal case management system, answer individual questions and provide regular reporting to identify trends
- Conduct audits on mobility processes and deliverables
- Develop relationships with key client contacts through consultative and interactive problem solving and continuous improvement strategies
- Prepare cost estimates for the business and recommend suitable options, considering the appropriate assignment type/ program provisions that meets the need of the business and candidate
- Support business critical projects and initiatives
- Maintain operating procedures and training materials and help facilitate relocation training for various stakeholders
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- Prior Relocation or Global Mobility experience.
- 3+ years international assignment experience, or other related work experience.
- Demonstrated innovative and creative leadership skills while managing a team, showing conflict management and strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to communicate and influence effectively across teams to maintain strong relationships.
- Experience managing complex processes with strong analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining planning, organisation and a focus on the customer and client.
