Your role as Senior Customer Communications Manager will include:
- Creating and owning the strategy, design, and messaging of communications.
- Leading your talented team to create innovative, segmented content across all medias and channels.
- Working closely with the insight teams to deliver effective and strategic communication plans.
- Developing and implement new on brand campaigns to millions of customers.
- Build cross-functional virtual teams to deliver high impact and high-quality messaging.

- Experience of business case development and workload management skills.
- A creative eye that is comfortable with copywriting and design.
- Great interpersonal leadership skills with the ability to effectively work with a range of colleagues from creative designers to technical developers.
- A good understanding of communications through different channels and how these impact and influences customers.
