An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Representative – Medical Equipment Specialist to join Urathon Europe Ltd, a long-established and expanding manufacturer and distributor of mobility aids, ADL equipment and medical devices. With more than 30 years of industry experience and significant investment in new product development, Urathon is entering a period of rapid growth across retail mobility, community equipment services and wider UK distribution channels.
This role sits at the heart of the company’s commercial expansion and offers real influence. Working closely with the Sales Director, the successful candidate will support and grow Urathon’s UK sales presence, combining hands-on field sales with collaboration across marketing, operations and product teams. As the business continues to scale, this role also offers a clear pathway into a more senior sales position.
The head office is in Calne, and you’ll need to be office-based at least two days a week. The role also involves regular travel across the UK and offers a salary of £40,000–£45,000, plus an attractive commission package and use of a company van.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit mobility retailers and community equipment providers across the UK, presenting products and building long-term relationships.
- Grow existing accounts while identifying and converting new sales opportunities.
- Support major product launches through demonstrations, training and customer feedback.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and gather market insight.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally within a consultative or solution-led environment.
- Confidence demonstrating and explaining technical or physical products.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and manage a geographic territory.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, credible and approachable style.
