Based in Callow Hill, Brinkworth, (near to Woottion Bassett), you’ll be helping businesses across the UK discover fuel card solutions that genuinely save them time and money. Every conversation matters, and your ability to listen, advise, and build rapport will directly influence your results and earnings. Please note as this role is based at Callow Hill, it is advisable to have your own transport as direct bus links are limited.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Making outbound calls to potential clients across a range of sectors
• Qualifying leads, processing applications, and managing new accounts through their first 10 weeks
• Building strong, long-term client relationships by offering tailored advice on fuel card benefits
• Working towards KPIs around applications, activations, and usage — with recognition and rewards for success
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a smooth and positive customer onboarding experience
• Staying up to date with fuel pricing, industry trends, and competitor offerings

• £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE up to £500 per month, with top performers earning more)

You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Have experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or any role involving regular phone-based communication
• Are a confident communicator who can handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Are target-driven, resilient, and motivated by results
• Can work independently while thriving as part of a team
• Are comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
• Nice to have: experience in fuel cards or B2B services — but attitude, enthusiasm, and drive are what really matter
