This new completely remote role is looking for a positive, organised, detail orientated Recruitment Coordinator to provide essential support to a small and supportive HR team.
Your role as Recruitment Coordinator will include:
- Monitoring the busy HR mailbox, ensuring enquiries and issues are dealt with quickly.
- Providing all general administration support for the team.
- Managing various manual and computerised records/data while supporting the ongoing digitalisation of HR files.
- Taking ownership of the onboarding processes, monitoring and maintaining the Applicant Tracker System.
- Complete admin for the HR Employee lifecycle – new starter forms, leaver processes, contract changes etc.
- Creating various reports using databases, Excel, and PowerPoint.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- A self-motivated mindset, used to processing large volumes of work with confidence working with processes and systems.
- Experience working within an administration or recruitment role.
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office Packages.
- Good multitasking skills while maintaining accuracy and detail.
The role itself:
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is well organised looking for a role in a friendly and supportive HR team. This completely remote roll allows you to work where you’re comfortable but will require very occasional attendance to the Swindon office for collaborative meetings. You’ll be owning the recruitment processes for the team, from onboarding to exit interviews, you’ll be a key figure in the team.
