A leading financial services team is seeking a Quality Administrator to support the accuracy and integrity of investment data published across its client-facing platforms. This six-month temporary role is based within a specialist investment support team, playing a crucial part in ensuring financial information is thoroughly validated before being released into the public domain.
This full-time position offers a hybrid working model with just two days per week required on-site in Cirencester. The role pays £13.50 per hour and offers a structured, consistent workload in a professional, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured quality control checks on published investment data
- Validate user interface outputs and pricing information
- Cross-reference performance figures against external data sources
- Investigate discrepancies and document findings thoroughly
- Process high volumes of numerical data with accuracy and consistency
- Follow clearly defined checking processes and contribute to regulatory compliance
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong numerical skills with confidence handling data sets
- Comfortable working independently on routine tasks
- Process-driven approach and ability to follow set frameworks
- Previous experience in QA, data validation or audit is desirable
- Interest in finance, investment, or regulated industries is advantageous
