Niche Recruitment is excited to be working exclusively with a leading, nationwide tech-infrastructure business supporting their search for a Public Benefit Policy Manager. You’ll be managing the company’s external relationships, with the aim of driving public benefit policy.

Working closely with stakeholders, this role provides the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to enter a role where you can build and maintain trust with the public members and stakeholders.
As a Public Benefit Policy Manager, you will be:
- Working closely with stakeholders to bring external views and ideas into the company’s policy decision-making process.
- Consulting and providing expertise on the business’ societal policies, focusing on public communications (Blogs, press releases, and transparency reports).
- The first point of contact for all external and internal policy queries.
- Working closely with senior management to develop fit for purpose policies.
- Leading the existing policies refresh process, ensuring that current policies are modernised and clear.
- Chairing governance and steering committee meetings.
- Attending and representing the company at appropriate industry forums, policy discussions etc.
To be a successful Public Benefit Policy Manager, you will ideally be:
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced in drafting and creating policies.
- A strong, savvy, positive communicator. An individual capable of communicating complex and technical topics through presentations and workshops.
- An individual with previous experience working within a non-profit or membership body.
- Interested and understand digital or tech policy issues, and keen to work with the public’s interest at heart.
