Are you an experienced Administrator or Project Administrator, available to start immediately in a role, able to work for 3-4 weeks, and local to Swindon? If so, we have a great full time temporary role for you with working from home flexibility.
In the role of Project Administrator, you will:
- Take responsibility for collating information from business stakeholders as part of a re-branding project.
- Liaise with people across the wider business to ensure a thorough collation of information.
- Set up and manage Excel spreadsheets & cloud-based document storage.
- Assist with responses to queries relating to the project.
We are really keen to speak to you about the role, if you:
- Are available to start immediately and able to commit to 3-4 weeks work.
- Have previous experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Administrator, Team Administrator, Office Administrator or similar.
- Are confident taking sole responsibility for a project.
- Are happy speaking to people at all business levels.
The role itself…
Working within one of Swindon’s most notable employers for 3-4 weeks, the Project Administrator will assist with the document administration elements of a rebranding project. You will speak to a wide variety of people across the business to establish documentation that requires rebranding and collate this information in a central location for use by other teams. Additionally, you will take responsibility for responding to queries relating to the project and seeking answers that go beyond your knowledge.

Based in the centre of Swindon, you will be working with professional individuals who are passionate about taking the company and its product portfolio to the next level. The business is currently working flexibly due to Covid and, therefore, working from home 2-3 days each week will be an option once training has been completed.
