Your responsibilities will include:
- Orchestrate day-to-day business administration tasks needed by the team.
- Provide administration for HR processes and updating the HR platform for staff.
- Managing incoming post and admin emails.
- Arranging staff events, parties, socials, and team building activities.
- Managing HR and Business administration documents retention processes.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Experience in a business, facilities, or HR Administration role.
- A passion for working with people.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications. (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organisation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
