A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to make their names known with one of Gloucestershire’s top employers! Acting as critical support to a department that is intrinsic to the success of the organisation, you will undertake a variety of administrative, coordination and client support responsibilities.
This is a temporary assignment, running to the end of December 2021 but there is a high possibility it will be extended and there are excellent future prospects within the business.
The Operations Administrator will:
- Undertake a variety of internal administrative tasks related to onboarding, relationship managing, regulating and assisting businesses affiliated with the company.
- Process requests using a workflow system whilst conforming to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist with client transfers, business valuations or general enquiries.
- Perform all ad hoc administration, as required by the role.
We are really keen to hear from you if you:
- Have recent, extensive experience as an Operation Administrator, Administrator, Senior Administrator, Office Administrator, Client Coordinator, Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically Excel & Outlook.
- Have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks.
- Have a confident & professional telephone manner and the ability to build meaningful relationships both internally & externally.

The Operations Administrators will join an existing team and play an essential role in supporting the team through an incredibly busy period for the business. This role will give you direct access to the central workings of the company and the opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and affiliated organisations. Our client is known for offering further opportunities to people who prove their worth during temporary contracts so, while this is not guaranteed, who knows where this temporary role may take you!
You will be working from home the majority of the time, working 1 day at the office a week.
