In this critical role, you will manage resource requirements across various talented teams, including the Creative, Studio and Marketing teams.
Your role as Resource Planner will include:
- Ensuring resource requirements are mapped out efficiently.
- Handling day to day requests for resources across multiple teams, identifying the right resource to support campaigns.
- Providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Actively managing the freelance base.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Experience in a similar role that demanded resource management across a creative environment.
- Experience and comfortability with using resource management tools, such as Workfront.
- The confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead in a collaborative approach.

With your slid understanding of the organisation’s plans, you will prioritise and manage resources for the multi-disciplinary creative environment of this well loved and well-respected client. You will identify under/over resourcing to support long term plans and contribute to the wider picture of the organisation’s goals and objectives.
