Marketing Events Coordinator

As Marketing Events Coordinator you’ll be organising events that showcase the company’s services throughout a busy and exciting company calendar.
Your time as Marketing Events Coordinator will include:
- Working closely with colleagues and other teams to maintain a calendar of conferences, tradeshows, and seminars - providing end-to-end planning to ensure a high standard, a kept budget, and achieved objectives.
- Coordinating logistics, such as booking spaces, moving exhibition material, event communications, etc.
- Monitor event success, reporting on effectiveness and analysing event outcomes.
- Working with internal teams to organise the distribution of event marketing collateral.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Previous experience in event planning, B2B marketing, sales operations, or other relevant field.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to handle multiple projects at once with various teams.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- A persuasive, adaptable and tactful approach with a keen eye for detail and a high level of organisation.
