Based in the Dorcan area of Swindon, this is a fully office-based position working Monday to Friday with some weekends on a rota. The role offers a salary of up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and excellent incentives. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries across phone, live chat, and email to convert leads into sales
- Follow up on finance applications and abandoned baskets to re-engage prospective customers
- Use active listening to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets while supporting the team’s collective goals
- Upsell relevant add-ons, such as product warranties, to increase order value
- Stay up to date with product ranges and promotional activity to support effective selling
Skills & Experience:
- A passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed, regardless of background
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and persuasive approach
- Confidence using technology, including CRM systems and live chat tools
- Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn quickly
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or target-driven role is helpful but not essential
- Flexibility to work on a rota that includes some weekend shifts
