Are you an Interior Designer with a flair for technical precision and a love of hospitality spaces?
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Interior Designer to join a friendly and collaborative team delivering immersive spaces across the hospitality, leisure, and entertainment sectors. Working on everything from Premier League stadiums to university venues and music arenas, you’ll play a crucial role bridging the gap between junior and senior designers. With plenty of variety, technical responsibility, and exposure to high-profile clients, this role offers the ideal platform to develop towards a senior position.
This role is based in Shrivenham, Oxfordshire, with three days a week required in the studio. It offers a salary of £35,000–£40,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits including 24 days holiday, a healthcare scheme and company pension. You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team in a studio environment that fosters collaboration, mentorship, and creative growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality AutoCAD drawing packs, FF&E schedules, and detailed technical layouts.
- Support senior designers across live projects, including client visits and site surveys.
- Collaborate closely with 3D visualisation teams and project managers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Translate conceptual ideas into practical, operationally-sound environments.
- Work across a wide range of commercial projects, from fast-paced fit-outs to large-scale venue transformations.
- Maintain quality, timing, and design consistency across multiple concurrent projects.
Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years’ post-graduate experience in interior design, ideally in hospitality, F&B, or commercial interiors.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with fast and accurate technical drawing skills.
- Demonstrable experience producing FF&E specifications, layout plans, and detailing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is advantageous.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a keen eye for design practicality.
- A passion for live events, sport, music or hospitality is essential to align with the creative ethos of the team.
