Niche Recruitment is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join a fantastic team in Oxfordshire. As the Payroll & Benefits Advisor, you will take the lead on ensuring the accurate and timely running of payroll and support the HR team with Reward strategy, including benefit promotion and pension provision.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage and administer employee benefits.
- liaise with third party suppliers
- manage annual renewals including market review and costings
- propose, cost and implement new benefits
- review usage stats and promote benefits across the business
- Process monthly pension payments, liaise with our pension provider and ensure colleague communications are done in a timely manner
- Support leadership team with annual salary review, bonus scheme proposals and incentives and their implementation
- salary market review
- prepare data
- Manage the Cascade environment
- create and maintain workflows
- create and maintain daily reporting to support the work of the HR team
- Monthly and quarterly HR dashboard reporting and analysis
- Work closely with the Head of HR to implement the total reward strategy
- Weekly and monthly People reporting and analysis for Head of HR, HRBP, and Retail Operations team
To be considered for the role, the following skills & experience are required:
- Confident with payroll & HR systems and must be an Advanced user of Excel
- Data lover with an interest in interpretation and analysis; curiosity is key
- Excellent attention to detail needed
- A decision-maker able to work autonomously with a solution-driven mindset
- Enjoy identifying and implementing efficiencies
- Able to build good working relationships, internally and externally
- Payroll experience, working with a third party processor
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
