In this new HR Administration role, you would be joining a team working within a local charity, who are committed to providing an essential support to their community. You will support the HR team in this new temp to perm role through administration services in a small and dedicated team.

Your responsibilities as HR Administrator will include:
- Supporting the busy and essential recruitment activity, including new starter offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage the HR system with accurate data entry, upkeep, and reporting.
- Being the first point of contact for general HR queries and support for the HR team.
- Managing the day-to-day coordination and admin of HR activity.
- Working with team members to ensure all payroll and pension administration is processed correctly.
- Assist in the development of transferring manual systems to digital systems.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Experience in a HR administration role.( Desirable)
- Or an interest in HR with a strong background in administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical with the ability to understand databases and standard HR systems.
- Good MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
The role itself:
You will be supporting HR colleagues, managers, and staff across the organisation through administration and co-ordination services. This essential role is well valued and respected as you provide support that allows the bigger picture of the organisation to flourish.
The role is potentially Temp – Perm, with a salary of up to £11.81 per hour for the right person.
