In this profit-for-purpose driven organisation, you will lead on marketing strategy to grow the global community base and build awareness. Working with a collaborative and talented team, you will be the key figure steering them towards the successful development of the plans you produce.
Your responsibilities as Head of Marketing will include:
- Managing all facets of the department, consistently answering “how could this be better?” by pioneering and implementing marketing strategy.
- Plan and enact digital marketing in all its aspects, such as SEO/SEM, databases, emails, social media, and display advertising.
- A focus on building your audience.
- Leading a team of highly skilled professionals who expect guidance, support, and feedback.
- Being actively in the know of digital trends and customer insight.
- Measure, report, and assess the performance of campaigns using ROI and KPI.
- Using your strong analytic skill to evaluate customer experience throughout multiple channels and have the knowledge of how to innovate and adapt based on your findings.
- Managing your department’s budget and allocating assets in response to the ROI.
- Consistently evaluate metrics that affect the service quotas, website traffic, and target audience to maximise potential.
For this Head of Marketing role, we would love to hear from you if you have:
- A proven track record of working within the full marketing mix.
- Experience leading a team of professionals, driving individuals to achieve team-wide goals.
- The ability to take a creative approach to data-driven marketing strategy.
- Devised digital strategies across SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising and automated email campaigns with KPIs that have demonstrated clear success and progression.
- A degree in marketing or a professional qualification in a relevant field.
- A commercially focused approach to digital marketing.
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM tool that harnesses the power of automation.
- Experience managing budgets that deliver strong ROIs, which can then be reported, along with KPI targets, to key stakeholders.
- Developed marketing strategies for educational products or similar
