A fast-growing healthcare business working across specialist surgical areas is seeking a Graphic Designer to elevate their visual presence across print, digital, and events. Supporting the Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity for a range of high-impact medical products. This is a unique opportunity to work in a sector that makes a tangible difference, while developing designs that reach audiences across Europe and beyond.
Based in Royal Wootton Bassett, this is a full-time role offering a salary between £27,000–£32,000 per annum depending on experience. The role offers exciting travel opportunities to congresses across Europe and even access to surgical environments for content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a range of materials including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and promotional items.
- Develop stand concepts and materials for high-profile congress events.
- Create digital assets for e-commerce platforms including Shopify and WordPress.
- Produce on-brand visual presentations and slide decks to support the sales function.
- Edit short and long-form video content for digital and social media channels.
- Collaborate with over 40 international suppliers, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years’ experience in graphic design, either in-house or freelance.
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage feedback and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in creating digital and print collateral from concept to delivery.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and video editing tools is highly desirable.
