Working within the sales team, you will lead the management of sales of apprenticeships, higher education and FTE packages to new and existing clients within a regional territory.
This is a home-based role, with occasional travel to the Head office, based in the South-West.
As a Further Education Account Manager, your responsibilities include:

Implement key strategies to develop relationships with new and existing clients.

Lead sales meetings with a confidence in contract management and negotiation skills.

Deliver against a range of KPI’s.

Adopting a proactive approach to identifying new leads, through detailed research.

Managing a vast client database through the organisations CRM system, ensuring the information kept is up to date and accurate.
Skills and Experience needed to be a successful Further Education Account Manager:

Awareness of the adult education budget and apprenticeship programmes
-
Previous experience of NBD (New Business Development)

Experience at developing and managing high stake relationships with key clients.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Confident at adapting sales technique depending on the medium used. E.g Face to Face, social media, by phone, by email.

Ability to deliver consistently against KPI’s.

Organised individual with the capability of planning, prioritising and executing their own workload.
This role requires you to have a full valid UK Driving Licence, as you may be required to travel in the UK to support sales activities.
