We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a background in supporting senior stakeholders, ideally at Board or executive level. If you have strong organisational skills, discretion, and experience in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
This is a 3-month contract starting in August. Based in Cirencester, the role offers £15 per hour. The hours of work will be Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. The role is hybrid and there is flexibility to work onsite and at home.
Providing support to the Company Secretary and the Board management team. Working at pace and with precision, you will be organising incredibly busy meetings, and handling highly confidential information with discretion.
As Executive Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Arranging and scheduling of Board meetings, managing attendance and helping with preparation of agenda’s
- Assisting in preparation of and distribution of board packs
- Reviewing papers received to ensure there are no errors.
- Inbox management, replying and flagging urgent emails.
- Collating, formatting and uploading meeting papers to the Board portal in accordance with deadlines and version control protocols.
To be considered for the role of Executive Assistant, you will need to have:
- Proven experience working on highly confidential matters and in a professional manner.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple diaries and inboxes, prioritising effectively.
- Confidence in working independently with minimal supervision.
- Innate flexibility and the ability to think on your feet.
- Experience within Legal, Governance, or a Senior EA/PA would be beneficial for this role
The Role:
As Executive Assistant, you will provide direct administrative support to the Company Secretary and the wider team. Facilitating the smooth running of operations, you will confidently and effectively arrange meetings, assist in preparation of and distribution of board packs, whilst gaining valuable experience in a leading organisation.
You’ll be provided with full training to ensure you are able to work effectively and be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay and if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, benefit from a possible pay increase and be opted into our pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have gone on to secure long term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.
