This new role would see you providing professional secretariat support for an established board of Trustees that govern a large charitable institute based in Swindon.
With key responsibilities for a supporting the Council and key committees, you will be organising general meetings that will include taking minutes, creating action points, proof reading and a range of other important executive assistant tasks.
In this Executive Assistant role will have responsibility for:
- The daily support for Board members
- Managing diaries and meeting bookings
- Attending all meetings, then preparing and producing Board/Committee papers, reports, agendas, minutes, and actions
- Managing internal and external communications
- Producing/drafting reports and documentation in support of meetings and processes
- Dealing with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Proven PA/ Executive Assistant experience in a professional corporate sector
- Experience producing written reports of business processes
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office packages
- Experience working with boards/committees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
