The Events Administrator is a vital cog in the Training & Events machine. The role plays a pivotal role in supporting key business functions and the execution of events across the whole of the UK.
As the Events Administrator, you will be:
- Managing daily, monthly, and annual events to support rapid company growth.
- Managing volunteer recruitment and social media account promotion.
- Dealing with any event queries that arise before or after the event, providing great customer service.
- Writing itineraries and handling the travel bookings for all internal staff, guest speakers and any trainers that are attending the events.
- Collating marketing and branding materials, ensuring that they are packed and ready for the events.
- Managing any leads sourced from the events, appointing a suitable product specialist to handle them.
- The main point of contact for the training team, ensuring that the training goes as smooth as possible.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Junior PA, Office Coordinator, Team Administrator, Events Administrator, Training Administrator or similar role.
- Some previous Customer Service experience.
- Candidates with a full UK driving license.
- Hard-working individuals that are hands on and adaptable.
- Highly organised individuals that thrive in fast paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders.
