You will be creating engaging and innovative customer campaigns that drive customer loyalty in a team of talented professionals within a rapidly scaling business. This role offers a real opportunity to have an impact on how the brands CRM function is shaped and develops, taking you with it to higher and higher heights.
A day in the life of a CRM Specialist looks like:

Identify audience segmentation and enhance brand loyalty and customer retention.

Working closely with the Marketing team to plan and implement data driven campaigns.

Drive compelling email content including creative copy that creates an engaging connection with customers.

Manage the automation programmes, triggered campaigns, and Test & Learn strategy.

Produce post campaign analysis reports to measure engagement and conversion KPIs.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

3+ years of experience in a multichannel FMCG, retail or relevant role.

A strong understanding and confidence in retention focussed email marketing.

Experience building, implementing, and improving campaigns through an ESP.

A successful record of analysing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and optimising these based on your findings.
