We’re seeking an eCommerce Executive to join our Oxfordshire clients’ thriving multi-channel eCommerce team. An exciting opportunity for somebody looking to progress their eCommerce career, to take on responsibility for the online administration for the Company’s websites covering 3 brands.
Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you’ll be working within the online team helping to ensure the smooth running and functionality of all sites.
You’ll be particularly skilled in, and responsible for the following:
- Adding and removing products and categories as and when required
- Regular analysis of sales and visitor statistics
- Monitoring expired pages, codes and product information
- Responsible for completing site checks to ensure correct category and product placements, badges and content pages to maximise conversion rates
- Ensure meta-data and titles are correct
- Updating content, product information and pushing promotions
- Monitoring and analysing data with Google analytics
- Daily sales and assistance with monthly overview reporting
To be considered for the role of eCommerce Executive, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Previous online/ eCommerce experience
- High attention to detail
- Experience in updating web using Content Management Systems
- Excellent communication skills, planning and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Excel knowledge essential
- Customer centric approach to deliver best-in class online customer experience
- A positive, "make it happen" mentality

The energetic eCommerce Executive will have the opportunity to get their teeth into this wonderfully varied role where no two days are ever the same! Access to your own transport is crucial for this role due to rural South-East Oxfordshire office location. Initially working 1 day a week from the office, building up to 3 days as restrictions ease.
