Early Careers Administrator - Cirencester

Are you an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail, available from mid-October and able to commit to a two-month assignment? Our client, an industry-leading multinational company based in Cirencester, is looking for an Early Careers Administrator to join their People Function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within an in-house talent team at a highly respected organisation. The role is hybrid, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with the flexibility to work two to three days from home. The pay rate is £12.21 per hour, plus holiday pay.

The Early Careers team is responsible for the recruitment and development of school leavers, undergraduates and graduates onto Early Careers programmes. Reporting into the Head of Early Careers Programmes, this role is central to coordinating and supporting the assessment of applicants during the busy recruitment season.

You’ll be responsible for reviewing applications, assessments and interviews, ensuring candidates are moved efficiently through the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing recruitment or HR knowledge—or someone eager to expand their career within recruitment and HR.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reviewing applications, and video interviews
  • Progressing candidates through the first stage of the recruitment process in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail across large volumes of information
  • Supporting the Early Careers team to deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong, proven administration skills, ideally gained in a similar organisation
  • Excellent proof-reading skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to stay focused when handling repetitive tasks
  • A highly organised approach and confident decision-making skills
  • Beneficial to have recruitment, HR, or legal experience

Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay, and, if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, you will be opted into our pension scheme.
