An exciting full-time opportunity has opened up for a Digital Marketing Apprentice in Minster Lovell, Oxfordshire. You’ll join an international business where marketing really matters, getting hands-on experience with websites, online campaigns, content creation and data. While you’re learning on the job, you’ll also be working towards a recognised Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification to set you up for the long term.
This is more than just a first job, it’s a launchpad for your future in digital marketing. You’ll earn a salary of £22,850 plus a £1,000 annual bonus, with 25 days holiday, a company pension, bonus schemes, wellbeing support, employee discounts and free on-site parking. The role is fully office-based, and you’ll need your own transport due to the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help keep the company websites looking sharp, adding content, images and product updates
- Support email marketing, social media and online advertising campaigns
- Learn how to spot problems on websites and help fix them
- Use digital tools to track what’s working and suggest improvements
- Balance your day-to-day tasks with apprenticeship study and support from the marketing team
- Get involved in real marketing projects that reach audiences around the world
Skills & Experience:
- A genuine interest in marketing, content, websites or digital platforms
- Curious, creative and up for learning something new every day
- Good attention to detail and clear written communication
- Comfortable using tech and open to learning new software
- No experience needed, just a great attitude and a willingness to grow
- You’ll need Maths and English GCSE at grade 3/D or above, and three more GCSEs at grade 4/C or above
