With flexible working hours between 30–37.5 hours per week and hybrid options available, this role offers a salary of £37,707-£41,067 and the opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment where your skills can make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Digital Experience Manager, you’ll lead on the development, optimisation and performance of the organisation’s digital platforms. You’ll take ownership of the website, manage key digital projects, and use data-driven insights to improve the supporter experience and drive engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the continual improvement and optimisation of the organisation’s website.
- Leading the development and launch of a new website aligned to user needs and strategic goals.
- Overseeing integrations with CRM systems, fundraising platforms, and e-commerce solutions.
- Developing and implementing SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Analysing digital performance data and making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with content, fundraising and communications teams to deliver engaging, user-centred digital campaigns.
- Leading on A/B testing and user journey optimisation across digital touchpoints.
- Driving digital acquisition strategies to grow supporter numbers through paid and organic campaigns.
- Promoting a digital-first approach across the organisation and supporting teams in adopting digital solutions.
Who We’re Looking For:

- Has experience managing websites, CMS platforms and third-party digital agencies.
- Is confident using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
- Has a strong grasp of SEO, digital acquisition, and user journey optimisation.
- Can manage complex projects and balance multiple stakeholder needs.
- Has a data-led mindset and can turn analytics into actionable insight.
- Brings experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and continuous improvement.
- Is highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Is confident influencing senior stakeholders and promoting change across teams.
- Has a passion for digital transformation and making a positive social impact.
