This newly created role will see you take ownership of the end-to-end demand planning process, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and supply chain functions. You’ll play a key role in improving forecasting accuracy, providing greater control of inventory, and enhancing service levels across the business. This is also a fantastic opportunity to strengthen promotional planning and provide increased forecasting support for the sales team. The Role 
	- 
	
Create and maintain the business demand plan using historical data, sales trends, marketing inputs and promotional calendars
	 
	- 
	
Improve forecasting accuracy to optimise inventory and elevate customer service levels
	 
	- 
	
Increase forecasting support for the sales team and enhance promotional planning strategies
	 
	- 
	
Collaborate across functions to deliver a robust monthly demand review and IBP cycle
	 
	- 
	
Accurately measure and target forecast accuracy and bias KPIs, implementing corrective action where needed
	 
	- 
	
Deliver regular reporting, insights, and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making

Skills & Experience
	- 
	
2–3 years’ experience in a demand planning or supply chain analytics role, ideally within FMCG
	 
	- 
	
Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables, data modelling and trend analysis
	 
	- 
	
Experience using ERP systems (SAP or similar) is highly desirable
	 
	- 
	
Commercially minded with strong analytical capability and attention to detail
	 
	- 
	
A confident and collaborative communicator, capable of influencing across departments
	 
	- 
	
Comfortable building processes from the ground up and working in a scaling environment
