Provide support in a talented team at a renowned academic company. This new hybrid role, with two days a week in the Marlborough office, is looking for a bright, articulate individual to join their Customer Support team.
Unlike other customer roles, you will be supporting sales staff, and provide excellent support to customers who hold respected positions across academic facilities in the UK.
Your role as Customer Support Coordinator will include:
- Creating order forms, invoices, spreadsheets, and licenses.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to queries, escalating issues, and facilitating trial periods.
- Analysing and reporting on trial and sales data.
- Managing the licensing and ordering process.
- Becoming a product champion by continuously developing your understanding and confidence.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administration role
- Strong Microsoft IT, communication, and organisation skills.
- A calm, controlled, confident approach to customers.
