This hybrid role will see you curating the important messaging to customers of our household name client, which is currently in a period of dramatic investment in the transformation of their communication processes.
As Customer Communications Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and executing successful customer communication based on customer insights across multiple channels, leading to the understanding and influencing of customer behaviour.
- Translating complex messages into clear and accessible communication for all customers while staying on brand.
- Leading stakeholder workshops to achieve clear outcomes.
- Ensure the relevance, consistency, integration, alignment and appropriate timing of all messaging.
- Measuring the effectiveness of the communications you put into place.
We would love to hear from you regarding this Customer Communication role if you have the following:
- Communication expertise with the ability to demonstrate understanding of all channels, how to gather insights and generate key messages to support communication strategy.
- Confidence to lead on stakeholder engagement, using the information gathered to assist in problem solving.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with a range of colleagues from creative designers to technical developers.
- Experience coordinating resources to finalise projects with clear deadlines.
