Our renowned client is looking for an International Assignment Compensation Manager who will be responsible for managing a team while coordinating with company offices, departments and service providers around the globe. Maintaining integrity, quality control, and consistency of compensation services provided to clients and customers.
This is an exciting opportunity and my client is happy for this role to be fully based working from home. You will be provided all the relevant tech to work efficiently and have all the support you require for a successful transition into the business.
Your responsibilities as IACS manager will include:
- Involvement in all staffing aspects including training, responsibility allocation, employee development, recruitment, overseeing productivity, and quality and cycle reports.
- Working closely with your team members to evaluate daily workload and performance while ensuring development needs and opportunities are met.
- Standardizing processes and procedures to maximise proficiency and accuracy across regional clients to allow you to actively identify and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of new clients.
- Developing and managing the accuracy and conformity of SLA’s on compensation-related products.
- Acting as a liaison between internal departments to guarantee effective working relationships and identify technical issues.
- Managing special projects between global teams.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to identify opportunities for additional revenue increases and cost savings.
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- 5+ years international assignment compensation services experience with relevant administration knowledge, or other related work experience.
- Experience working with international businesses.
- Demonstrated innovative and creative leadership skills while managing a team, showing conflict management and strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to communicate and influence effectively across teams to maintain strong relationships.
- Experience managing complex processes with strong analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining planning, organisation and a focus on the customer and client.
