As Category Manager, you’ll sit between the sales and marketing teams, playing a vital role in shaping strategy through insights and data analysis. Working directly with retailers and agency partners, you’ll become a go-to source of commercial knowledge and shopper insight. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your work and influence key decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key partner to major UK retailers, managing relationships and providing tailored insight to drive growth.
- Interpret complex data sets from Circana, Kantar, Dunnhumby and others, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to influence strategy and support product sell-in with compelling data narratives.
- Lead regular market analysis and competitor reviews to inform future plans and support business growth.
- Deliver category planning, brand days and internal performance reviews with clarity and confidence.
- Identify new commercial opportunities through insight and external agency partnerships.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in category management, ideally within FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to extract insight from multiple data sources.
- Confidence using tools such as Kantar, Circana and Dunnhumby.
- Skilled presenter, comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels.
- Organised, commercially aware and collaborative by nature.
- Interest in the wine, beverage or grocery sectors is advantageous.
