Bring fresh ideas to a restructured marketing team of a profit for purpose organisation, dedicated to bridging the gap of the digital divide.
In this hybrid role, with one day a week in the Swindon offices, you’ll be developing campaigns that drive memberships and brand awareness across a wide ranging audience, with a particular focus on the under 35 demographic. This gives you the opportunity to tap into your marketing skills, optimise current digital trends, and champion the brand’s mission to unleash the marketing potential and reach a new market.
Your time as Brand Marketing Manager will include:
- Owning your marketing campaigns from inception to implementation, working closely with your talented internal team to communicate and execute briefs.
- Building brand awareness and engagement using segmentation and insights through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Developing and managing the organisations events programme, including being a key figure in their annual high profile industry awards event.
- Growing the organisations attraction and relevance through brand affiliations and partnerships.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Proven experience in a brand, marketing, and or events marketing role.
- A membership of a Professional Body (e.g CIM, IDM) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience managing events, managing marketing, and delivering project goals.
- A commercial and results driven mindset with strong influencing skills.
- Strong social media skills with excellent communication skills.
