This brand-new hybrid role is looking for a B2B Account Manager to join an award-winning business with an international client base who are known within their industry for quality and impeccable service. Working in a small, dedicated team you’ll achieve objectives and revenue targets as you connect products with UK and international clients. By supporting your clients with strong communication skills, you’ll be building upon existing client relationships to maximise on sales opportunities.
As B2B Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing a client portfolio, including some big brands to devise promotional offers that help them engage with their customer base.
- Negotiating and presenting contract options that are commercially viable to meet client requirements.
- Working closely with the merchandising function to gather information on product availability to present suitable offerings to clients.
- Maintaining clear communications with the distribution centre to ensure that client requirements can be achieved.
- Ensuring that any arising issues or complaints are dealt with swiftly to maintain exceptional levels of service.

- Natural ease in relationship building with exceptional interpersonal skills.
The role:
As B2B Account Manager, you’ll be managing a portfolio of long-standing clients who trade with the business on a regular basis. You will build on solid relationships to spot opportunities to increase repeat revenue by offering promotional campaigns that will resonate with their customer base and help them to achieve their corporate objectives. With some international clients based in Europe, you would be expected to travel from time to time to nurture relationships.
