Administrator - Cirencester

If you take pride in delivering high-quality reports that stakeholders rely on, this temporary Administrator role is for you.

A respected wealth management firm in Cirencester needs a detail-driven Administrator with strong reporting skills to support their busy team through a critical period. This three-month contract starting late November offers £15 per hour, hybrid working (two days in the office, three from home), and the chance to make a real impact by ensuring timely, accurate documentation reaches key decision-makers across the business.

This short-term opportunity will see you play a key role in the creation of accurate internal reports for key stakeholders, maintaining trackers, and assisting in the delivery of critical client documentation. The team are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to support a range of administrative duties.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working both independently and collaboratively, someone who enjoys working at pace, can step into shifting priorities, and takes ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly follow-ups with internal stakeholders and keep action trackers updated
  • Prepare meeting packs by gathering and updating content ahead of tight deadlines
  • Maintain Excel-based trackers to support timely delivery of key outputs
  • Organise and manage team files and documents using SharePoint
  • Assist in the production and delivery of regulatory reports, particularly the Annual Wealth Report
  • Respond to report-related queries using agreed responses, escalating complex issues when required
  • Provide flexible support as the team delivers new reporting features and adjusts internal processes

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a wealth management or financial services admin role is highly desirable
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills for dealing with internal teams and senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel (intermediate level), and collaborative editing in PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and ownership over your workload
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with regularly shifting priorities
