A fantastic opportunity for a keen Graduate or Junior Administrator to gain experience with one of Gloucestershire’s top employers! Starting immediately and working in the role up to Christmas, you will work closely with a Learning & Development team to assist with a period of re-branding.
This is initially a 3-month temporary assignment but there could be future opportunities for the right person.
The Administrator will:
- Cross-reference internal videos and documentation with an Excel spreadsheet to ensure all materials have been rebranded.
- Update the branding on all material that is out of date.
- Assist with any further required amendments to learning materials in terms of content, imagery etc.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
We are really keen to hear from you, if:
- You are available to start immediately and commit to a 3-month temporary contract.
- You are a recent Graduate or Junior Administrator with an excellent eye for detail and keenness to work hard and learn new skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written English skills & the ability to communicate with people at all levels of a business hierarchy.
- You live in Cirencester or can commute easily into the town.
The company:
The Administrator will support a busy Learning & Development team that is intrinsic to one of Gloucestershire's most desired employers. You will take a key role in supporting the team through a major project related to updating a lot of their internal training materials and documentation. The team are supportive, friendly and will provide full training but you will also use your initiative and be able to prove capability for working independently.
Our client is known for offering further opportunities to people who prove their worth during temporary contracts so, while this is not guaranteed, who knows where this temporary role may take you!
Due to Covid-19, you will be working from home 2/3 days out of 5 but there will be no end of support available – our client has onboarded numerous people virtually over the last 12 months. When in the office, you will be working in bright, inviting professional offices with fantastic facilities both on-site and in the local vicinity.
If you would rather be in the office 100% of the time then the team will do all they can to make this possible.
