As account manager you will build meaningful relationships with clients while increasing adoption, revenue and retention by providing an excellent customer experience. With clear and encouraged career progression development, this could be the first step in your successful and evolving career.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts by ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Working with internal teams to develop creative and strategic briefs that address the client’s needs
- Conducting monthly and quarterly reviews with clients, demonstrating and reporting on results that address agreed KPI’s
- Managing engagement activity, client satisfaction and business development, producing accurate reports on account status
- Delivering presentations that showcase services to clients
- Improving processes and services based on client feedback
- Negotiate agreements to maximise profit while ensuring KPIs and objectives are met
We would love to hear from you regarding this Account Manager position if you have the following:
- Experience in an Account Management position
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interpret client objectives into an effective brief
- An understanding of marketing and growth strategies, including SEO and Paid Media
- Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence to present to clients, receive feedback and work closely with a high achieving sales team
- The confidence to negotiate and cross-sell services
- The confidence to manage a portfolio of clients with varying needs and briefs
- A track record of nurturing and building client relationships while advising and consulting to tight deadlines
